  The WHO (Women Helping Others) was the brain child of a group of women from
  the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse.  In 1994 the first WHO was held at
  Drugan's Castle Mound golf course.  The rest, as they say, is history.

  Over the past fifteen years, we have raised more than $35,000.00 for charitable
  organizations that rely heavily on the community for support and their very
  existence.  Please join us in our efforts to make a difference.
 
  The WHO is not just a money raising event.  Many of our golfing groups have
  stuck together since the beginning.  A best team costume event has been added to
  the festivities, making for some interesting outings!
